Having a street light come right through my blinds. this sleep mask has been a big help with blocking out that light. It’s easy to adjust the strap to fit your head size. even in the dark as well. Sometimes though. it pushes a little onto my eye depending on how I’m sleeping (also depends on how tight or loose I have the strap as well).
