The ipad this protector was placed on is a less expensive model with a slightly flexible screen. Adding this protector not only adds screen protection but also gives added stiffness to the ipad screen giving it a better look and feel.

Can’t speak to face recognition so for that reason I only gave it a 3 star rating for that category as there was no means to exclude this. But I would recommend this product and am happy with how it looks and works.

I ordered this the other week and it arrived within a couple of days so was very pleased about that.The product itself is good quality and was easy to install all be a bit tricky to position on the screen but otherwise very simple process. Having dropped my ipad and smashed the screen before I am hoping this glass will prevent that happening again. It also works very well on the touchscreen so it doesnt impact the ipad working. It also comes with 2 tempered pieces of glass which is great so you can have a spare one should you need it
