After being embarrassed by the state my iPad was in when I sent it in to my local repair shop. I ordered this and it has refreshed my iPad as if it was brand new. My old screen cover had scrapes. scratches and being plastic. you could see it all and it was about time I had it replaced..The packaging was very sturdy. being a glass screen it was well padded and very high end. The instructions came with a QR code which linked to an installation video. This made install super easy and the results are amazing. Like clean glass. no plastic smears. very high end and clear. No loss of touch sensitivity thus far. I recommend this to anyone still using a plastic cover.
