There was not alcohol swab in my packet. I found it really difficult to put the screen protector on my phone. And I looked the YouTube video of JETech but still it was difficult for me. So I used some other styles from other video and finally I did it. So I found it really difficult.

This product is great. My first install the glass cracked while I was on a cruise somehow. My 2nd attempt one of the sides kept popping up. I think this was because I applied it and then I tried to immediately realign it. Customer service sent me a replacement set without any issues and it has worked 100% perfectly. I still have 1 spare for when this one cracks if it does. Solid product and great company.
