Read the instructions carefully and watch the video. Video does not mention using the dust pad but do use it. (I ended up with one speck of dust). Take your time in lining up the screen and you will end up with a job well done. Can’t comment on reliability but look the business.

It is easy to install and suitable for iphone XR. It is strong too because I dropped my phone a lot and it did not affect the screen of the phone. But the price is quite expensive.
