The ridges shown on the edges for grip is why I ordered this case. Unfortunately these are just a design/detail and not an actual gripping edge. Otherwise it’s meets our needs.

Fits perfect. doesn’t affect the screen protector and tactile enough it doesn’t fall out of your hand. Downside are the buttons feel flimsy and exaggerated in size
