I wanted to switch from my current Otterbox that is starting to wear down which had the back protector. front protector and screen protector. AWESOME case. heavier than your average but it protects your phone. never had an issue. Switching to this case. it felt much lighter. as expected but this one almost feels too slippery in my hands. It does look nice and sleek. it’s very light but I am just not sure how much this would actually protect. It does have the raised trim which could protect the front from a flat drop. however there is no protection against the front at all so highly unlikely it would save your screen. Also. no protect cover to the charger port. No docked stars for that because its not supposed to have one but I didn’t realize how important it was until it wasn’t there. Very easy to mess up your charging port when it is free for dust and debris to get inside it not being covered. something to keep in mind. For the price. $10. great deal for a simple nice looking. lightweight back cover – because that’s essentially all it is. It does not have any sort of texture for gripping purposes so it just didn’t feel good being in my hands when lightweight and slippery. I suppose I could just be used to the weight of the Otterbox but I was also never concerned with my phone being dropped or dinged with the Otterbox either. This is not meant to protect the front of your phone. It also fit the phone very well and all of its cutouts. no issues there. This would be a great back cover to cover any imperfections on the back of a phone and along the trim as it would cover all that. No complaints really. just not for me. If you are looking for lightweight. cosmetic upgrade. sleek look to others when holding it and not too concerned with screen protection then this is an awesome deal for $10.

I took a chance since the reviews said that the pop socket wont stick on. I bought a Dallas Cowboys popsocket on and it stick on well. I even tried to pull it off. Maybe it depends on the pop socket. I made sure to press and hold it for 10 seconds just to make sure and with my phone already in the case. Love the dark navy blue color. Buttons all work perfectly.
