Great phone but I didn’t know when I purchased that I could no longer do a chrome/google update for this model. That meant it became buggy and works like it has a virus.. Had I have known that at the time (even though I thought I did a good amount of research for a good cheap phone for my 11 year old)I would not have purchased this model and would have opted for a newer one.

good compromise between slimline and bulky. fairly strong case with ample cushioning. cutouts are just the right size. [especially the finger print reader.] i would purchase this item again
