Note: for 4K usage, it requires device to support only 4K/30Hz, not 60Hz. Please refer to your device manual. Supports resolutions up to 4K x 2K, and flawless audio pass-thru for uncompressed digital 7.1, 5.1 or 2 channels
The low-profile connector does not block adjacent ports. The ergonomic tread is easy to plug and unplug

I bought this cable hoping that it would support 2560 x 1440 at 144Hz but I can’t get the setting to change from 60Hz. Using a surface pro with 1.2 mini displayport.

its one of those things you only notice if its not working and this works great. Plug my computer into my tv and get crystal clear image. Highly recommend for similar use.
