This cable is providing brilliant video and audio connection between my ancient ThinkPad T430 laptop (which doesn’t seem to be connecting by WiFi) and our old non-smart Panasonic TV. Some other reviews mention problems with the audio signal. and there are many posts on the internet about this problem with displayport connectors. but I seem to have struck lucky with this one (or maybe with the laptop?!). Screening seems good. with no discernible interference. over the longest cable I could find. but too early to comment on durability. Both plugs seem very solid. however.

I needed a Mini DP to HDMI cable for my surface pro as I needed more screen space than what my surface had to offer.I plugged this cable in to my surface and the 1920 x 1080 monitor I had and it worked with no issues. I”ve been using it for the past week with no problems.I can”t comment on the 4k capabilities as I don”t have anything with that resolution.I”m very happy with this product it does exactly what I need it to do.
