The low-profile connector does not block adjacent ports. The ergonomic tread is easy to plug and unplug

Connected from Surface Book to a 21:9 screen (3440×1440 at 50Hz 8 bit RGB SDR).So works with an effective 4K screen at 50Hz have not checked higher resolutions or HDR or wider colour space as this is good for me.

I replaced an old VGA or DVI input monitor a dual monitor set-up and needed a cable to connect to a HDMI input on the new monitor. Cable was well packaged and is plug and play and instantly worked.

I bought this cable so I could show a slideshow on the tv. It was easy to connect my Mac Mid 2013 model to the tv and as per another review found where I had to change the settings to enable the sound from the tv instead of the laptop. I have only used it twice but I am happy so far and have also signed up to the lifetime warranty with the supplier if I have any questions or faults which I think is a very good selling point.
