I”ve had a few charging cables that will not carry the enhanced power available for the Qualcomm “rapid charge” circuits in my Samsung and external battery packs. These weaker cables are not marked but I found out when only the regular rate of charge showed up on the screen. The description of the Rankie said “high speed data and charging ” and it was an honest phrase. The outer cloth-like insulation is fashionable but it makes the cable harder to bundle up and store. However this cable will most likely be out all the time anyway so that”s not a problem. The fittings are good at both ends. Product recommended.
