My phone fell our of my pocket and landed face down ??. It fell hard. A sick feeling flooded my mind of a broken phone and and a trip to the Apple Store. Not the case the glass was cracked with lines zigzagging across the glass and small shattered points around the edges. To my shock my phone was fully functioning. I need a new protective glass. Needless to say I am buying this product for the second time.
