The entire point behind a screen protector is something that would normally chip or crack your $400 screen is now chipping or cracking a $3 easily replaceable screen protector. These go on relatively easily although the more you do it the better you’ll get at it. When they crack or chip the phone is still easily usable until it’s convenient for you to get another one and the best part is the phone screen underneath looks completely new when you remove the cracked protector. Yes the screen protectors will chip and crack but not spontaneously…that’s your abuse doing that. The protectors do their job of making sure they crack instead of your screen and that makes those few dollars totally worthwhile.
