Did crack but that was after dropping my phone with no case on it

I bought this screen protector for my mother”s iPhone back in November. She had zero issues with it in the last 10 months. Last night while walking through a park she dropped her phone and it landed screen down on the sidewalk. The screen protector did it”s job and saved her screen. It has dings dents and pits in it where it hit the sidewalk and a crack running diagonally. There wasn”t any damage to the screen. Ordered it again tonight to replace the broken one because she couldn”t find the second one that had come in the package.
