This case was purchased to replace a competing product. The old case started separating along a seam and the other vendor was contacted since there was a lifetime warranty. However the other vendor never answered so this one was purchased. So far it seems to be a very good replacement at a lower cost. One positive difference is that it is easier to find the volume and feature buttons on this model.
