I purchased this because I dropped my iPhone and shattered the camera lens and cracked the normal glass screen protector I had on it. The camera lens protector is perfect and works brilliantly. however the privacy screen protector has made my entire screen…grainy? It’s not noticeable if I hold the phone further away. but if I hold it at the normal length from my face it really does have a strange blurry/grainy effect. It also dims the screen. even on full brightness. The actual privacy protection doesn’t seem to be too great overall either – it works slightly from the sides and not at all from top to bottom (so not useful if you’re holding phone horizontally). Someone looking over your shoulder can definitely see your screen – they’d basically have to be parallel to you to not see anything and in most cases if someone is parallel to you they can’t see your screen anyway. Thankfully I have one of my old. regular screen protectors leftover so I think I will be switching back! The four stars is for the camera lens only!
