Posting as to the service not necessarily the product. The product looked and felt to be very good. However. I ordered the wrong size. In my haste. I ordered the Pro Max 14 version when I actually needed the 14 Pro version. The service was great and I was able to return it right away for a full refund despite having opened the box and some of the pieces. I did reorder the same product in the size I needed and will review that soon.
