First off. I struggled a bit to get this fitted to my phone. Then I realised it was my third party case blocking it. Took the case off. fitted the lens protector and re-fitted the case. Job done. I’m much happier now. as I think the lens getting scratched on such an expensive phone that I only bought because of the camera would be a disaster. Recommended – if you want to protect your investment!

It is easy to put/stick on. I think this is definitely needed if the iPhone cover doesn’t have at least the raised edge around the lens. It is surprisingly thick plastic. thicker than the screen covers..It covers the lenses completely. I can feel the edge of it with my finger when holding my phone at the back and I don’t really like it too much. but for the sake of keeping my phone (at least the very first few months whilst still brand new) “safe” I will endure it..I am unsure whether the image quality is unaffected it seem at first it is ever so slightly. because everything put over the lenses makes the light passing through to the camera somehow affected. So it is just a matter of having absolutely fantastic photos or a shattered lens when it comes to it..My flatmate dropped her 13pro max on the bathroom floor and she had to have her lens repaired. (So much for not protecting the lenses.).I have had few iPhones in the past and never damaged any lenses (apart from smashed screen protectors) but I suppose since these are raised they will be more prone to damage and therefore better to get them covered.

I have an iPhone 13 pro max which I bought recently and as this is a really expensive phone. I decided to get extra protection for the lenses as I can get a bit reckless when it comes to dropping my phone. However. this was very easy to install and the adhesive is very good. stuck on really well and didn’t affect the camera quality and would say it is worth the price. comes in a packet of 3.

These add a little extra bulk to the already rather obtrusive iPhone 13 camera array. but it’s not so bad in a case – it’s almost flush with the back. so hopefully they’re as scratch-resistant as advertised..Fitting is mostly straightforward. although cleaning around the cameras is tricky thanks to all those narrow gaps. Once it’s done. the cover fits into place nicely. and it feels secure. Photo quality doesn’t seem visibly affected in any way. which is good..Overall I’d say it’s more useful for keeping your iPhone’s camera lenses clean than scratch-free (as the sapphire glass is already rather scratch resistant. though some have reported their lenses getting scratched). A cover for the screen is more essential. but this is worth considering. especially if you take your phone to some potentially more hazardous locations.
