privacy glass is nice but reduces the amount of light going through your screen so may affect screen visibility under bright conditions.

I like the privacy feature. but it does make your screen overall darker so it takes some getting used to..The worst part is how easy the screen cracks. I dropped my phone on a carpet from like 3 feet and it cracked..I guess better the screen than the actual phone..The installation requires patience and someone who has a good eye because it has to be lined up by hand. Wish it came with a frame for lining the screen up.
