I bought this protector because my screen has a small scratch in it (not a crack. just a scratch). With the screen protector installed the scratch is not visible. I figured I would get a privacy protector. The protector is great and was easy to install (watch the video they send a link to and it is very easy to get it installed straight). The viewing angle is a bit larger than I expected. but overall I am very happy with the product.
