There were already a few scratches on my screen when I finally decided to buy this. Some were deep enough that I could feel them while swiping. This screen protector has return my phone to its original glory! Swiping is super smooth now. The touch screen might be even MORE responsive than it was before. I would recommend giving yourself a good 5-10 uninterrupted minutes to follow the installation instructions perfectly.
