The case fits well. There is a very thin piece of plastic near the on/off button on the upper right of the iPad cover that will break within a day of use. That does not affect the usability or overall durability of the cover.

This iPad cover fits my requirements. It fits. works for the sleep mode. and for the stand. My only con is that the flat black finish shows smudges. I’ve only had it a short time. so I don’t know what it will look like in the long range.
