I have had this protector on my iPad for about 18 months. My wife dropped the iPad down the stairs outside yesterday. I was devastated when I saw the cracks all over the front. I began researching costs to repair. Then I remembered I had this screen protector on (yes. I forgot it was on there). I took the screen off and behold! The iPad has a scratch on the side (where there is no screen) but the glass is completely intact! This <$20 screen just saved me ~$650 in Apple repairs. I'm buying another one right now!
