A good looking well made case that fits very snuggly all around the iPad. not just at the corners. The pencil holder/protector is a great addition as it prevents the pencil from being knocked off when moving the iPad around. The cover can be folded to various shapes to support the iPad at a number of viewing angles. A good choice at the price point.

Perfect case if you want something simple and elegant to protect your older iPad. The only thing I can criticise is when the lid is folded under and being used as a stand it quite often collapses. A minor gripe and definitely not a deal breaker.
