Had the same case previously but for my iPad Pro 10.5. This case for the pro 12.5 looks and feels like it will last just as well as the one did on my 10.5. Closing the lid switches off the IPad every time..One small niggle is that the cut out for the volume buttons make it a little bit fiddly to adjust the volume but otherwise I am very happy with it.

i had needed a new case for my ipad since my previous one had gotten a bit busted. so i wanted a cheap alternative. i already love this case. its incredibly sturdy and strong. the corners snap on perfectly. there is no issue with the apple pencil magnetics. and it looks very sleek and expensive. almost. i love it!
