It’s not necessarily easy to find accessories for older electronics. so I was happy to find this. It fits my 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9″ perfectly. I was a little worried after reading a review in which someone described it as slippery. While I wouldn’t say it’s super grippy. it’s not slippery either. Way less slippery than the bare device for sure. and about what I’d expect. As other reviewers have mentioned. the sleep/wake function doesn’t work when opening and closing this. but I didn’t care about that anyway. Nice slim profile. and it folds nicely to serve as a stand as well. Just what I needed.

Got excellent use out of the case for 6 years. It finally started chipping in one corner over the past few months. Purchased the same case again

Works great. Doesn’t wrap around on the front of the screen. so when it’s open there is no protection on the screen side. but that’s not a problem for me
