One of my grandsons had an iPad mini v1 with a case that didn’t fit it well. We wanted something that would hold up under the treatment of an elementary age student. We haven’t had this case all that long but it’s working out well so far. The cover wake/sleep mode functions as advertised. Will be interested to see if it holds up in the long term.

I wanted a black cover…but the inside is grey…so when you open it you see the grey color.

This is the second one I got the last one was ruined (by my own fault) It fits my IPad 2 perfectly and so easily too. It also looks sleek and nice with sleep/stand by mode.

Absolutely love this case!! I have had my iPad mini 2 for several years now and always purchased the authentic apple Smart Cover which only ever held up for a couple of months before tearing. This one is much more sturdy and protects all sides of the iPad. WAY more durable. Would defiantly recommend!!!
