No inclined stand or assist – but very good as a protector – with a smart cover.

This product is very similar to the one Apple used to sell. It is quite a bit lighter and the back is plastic as opposed to the leather wrapped material on the Apple version. This one does snap securely in place and does NOT slip off as the Apple version did quite often. Pay $80 for Apple version no thanks. Great lightweight but protective case. Would definitely recommend !!

Bought this to replace the original leather apple case that’s been on my deice for 5 years; the old leather case was falling apart and the iPad was constantly sliding out. This fit perfectly holds the tablet nice and tight; looks good feels good great value!
