The item is as described and my granddaughter loves it. While the item was described as delivered it was not. I contacted the support and followed the instructions provided. It was finally delivered that evening. I put it down to driver error but mind you it was Christmas evening and a full workload so I’m fine with the outcome. The Drivers are great in my opinion.
