So far its been good. The problem I had is inserting my ipad in it and there was no instructions whatsoever. The key is place either the top end or bottom end in first. Then on the opposite side bend down the corner. It will make it easier to put the other side in.

Really pleased with this case. It fits my iPad 10.9 (10th generation) perfectly. Very sturdy and protective. and can be stood up either landscape or portrait..At first it seemed too small. but I found that sliding a knife between the iPad and the case enabled me to fit the 4th corner.
