Great price point. good for reading temps on pans. pots. or other kitchen items. I use it a lot when I’m making tea. to ensure that my water isn’t too hot or cold for the type of tea I’m brewing. Super easy to use and see the temperatures. Seems accurate enough – I don’t do any deep frying so I can’t speak to the accuracy of fry oil temps. Is also a good thing to have when you’re wondering if a pot or pan is cool enough to touch. so there’s a safety component. I’ve burned my hands way too many times on my pressure cooker. trying to get the pot out for cleaning. only to find out it’s still crazy hot..Pro tip: if you have cats who like laser lights. they will come running when they hear the beep thinking it’s play time. Don’t aim this on the floor unless you want your cats slamming into you while you’re making dinner trying to get the dot!

This thermometer is very easy to use. Work great on my grill it is fast so the grill lid is not open long at all.

Is fast easy to use but not very accurate. This is not a problem for me at all because I don”t need it to be precise for the purpose I bought it for having said that though I can imagine it being a problem for others. Overall great product. Thanks
