I installed a Chinese Diesel Heater in my garage workshop and wanted to make sure there were no issues with the exhaust pipe getting too hot. The exhaust was well over 400 F so I wrapped it with fiberglass heat tape and it keeps the temp down to around 225 F. I also have been able to find air leaks all around the house.

Needed a temp gun for my pizza oven so gave this one a try based off reviews. Arrived quickly and was easy to setup and use. Also comes with battery included. Has a backlight display so that really helps if its darker out. So far temps have been pretty accurate and with the laser pointer makes it easy to point at object your getting temp from. So far its been working good but i Iwil report back over time on how its holding up.
