I don”t believe that this kind of infrared thermometer is very accurate but the inaccuracy will not matter to me for most of daily use if it fill in 5 degree range. So under this condition I am very pleased with my purchasing for this device. Easy to use battery running and lasting long time. I test ed it on several items home the read out temperatures are good for me. Recommend it.
