The HDMI cable I had lying around seems to be “too old” to support QHD properly. I would get random red lines and/or red strings of pixels when playing video. so it was time to buy a more modern version. I’ve had success with two Rankie DisplayPort cables previously. so let’s try a third cable..Red issues are gone. However. I’m not sure if this is really nylon braided. There is braiding. for sure. but it feel like some kind of (relatively) soft fabric. unlike nylon cables I’ve bought before. But I’m no nylon expert. so take this observation with a grain of salt. I have no regrets purchasing this cable.

This cord works great! It was easy to use and it is more durable than the other ones on the market. And the red and black make it easy to spot if you ever have to change devices. Definitely a great buy!
