I used another brand of case when I first bought my Z-Flip. which didn’t protect the hinge. The screen cracked within the first 3 months of ownership..After having my screen repaired I’ve been using this model. I’m convinced it’s saved my phone several times over. The plastic is a little brittle which is why I’ve only given 4 stars. I’ve repurchased this exact case 3 times now because of the hinge-flap breaking. But if it hadn’t been the case. it would have been my phone that broke again. So for the price. it’s an effective and essentially sacrificial case that does its job perfectly.

i love that this phone case covers the hinge. an often overlooked part of a phone case for these phones. it snapped on super easy but is also easy to remove if you need. it feels very sturdy. its not some cheap flimsy plastic. the hinge part never gets stuck which is awesome — some cases ive used before had that problem but not this one!

I love the frosted clear one. it makes the phone feel so sleek in a matte finish! It fits the phone perfectly. and the hinge piece seems tight and well enough made to last. but I will update the review if it breaks.
