cable works as shown. no issues at this time. have been using it for 3 weeks. will update if cable fails.

The adapter worked great without any adjustments. We connected it between the monitor and the pc and that’s all we had to do. Originally we’d connected it between a smart tv and the pc and it didn’t worked immediately. I didn’t try to make any adjustments. We switched the smart tv out with the computer monitor (I didn’t want it unpack at the time) and it came up no problems. Hope this helps someone make a decision.

I plugged it in connected the second monitor and everything was working as I had hoped.
