Description
The 6 feet cable connects a DisplayPort / DisplayPort++ (DP/DP++) enabled computer to an HDTV, monitor, and projector with HDMI input for audio and video streaming. (Note: NOT bi-directional. Only converts signal from DP to HDMI)
The gold-plated conductors resist corrosion and increase connectivity. The inner braided foil shielding reduces interference and improves signal quality

The DP connector has a latch to provide secure connection with the port. Press the latch down before unplugging the connector

i was researching on how to extend my monitors using my alienware aurora r11. found alot of hdmi dvi etc. never knew about dp conenction. for $20 buks i was able to hoock up both my sceptre monitors into my r11. The picture quality is great and the best part i can multitask.

Bought two of these as my new computer graphics card no longer has the long rectangle type socket only one HDMI and three DP ports and running two monitors and they both work fine on them as do the games I play…

Got this and the UGREEN brand cables. UGREEN zones were way too thick and heavy duty. This is perfect and more standard for computer use. Offers more flexibility. Got them for my 25Um58P and 29wk500 LG Ultrawide monitors for the display and also because the HDMI cables that came with the monitors were only 5ft long. The 10ft cable helped me manage hanging a high monitor on a quad mount.
