Arrived today. Just got a machine to work from home from my office. DP to HDMI Adapter they gave me broke. I was told that these adapters for this machine are really sensitive and I have to buy a specific one (Monoprice DP to HDMI adapter)..Long story short – I end up buying a couple adapters and none worked. Until I bough this cable (plus also an adapter from Rankie itself). Both cable and adapter worked flawlessly..Back to 2 monitors again. Thumbs up for quality and fast next day prime delivery..Curious how long this will last. saving the cable for the back up. Will update here if/when it stopped working soon.

I purchased a Displayport to HDMI adapter and initially had issues getting my external display to work. I called JETech and spoke with Nick in customer support. He was very professional and within a few seconds knew exactly what the issue was and was able to remediate it w/o any additional cost to me. In my opinion he went above and beyond and because of this I will be a life long customer. Thanks Nick!

The first one I got works perfectly. Purchased a second and my monitor will periodically black out and come back. It’s rather annoying! Works well though. with that exception. Maybe the splitter is faulty?
