I had an old monitor that didn”t have a DP port. Works great. I don”t have a 4k Monitor so did not test 4k conversion but 1080p video works without issue.

Worked perfectly straight out of the package. Plug and play no drivers needed. Be aware the display port end has a lock so when you want to remove it from your computer you have to press the lock button on the bottom as you pull. If I ever need another one I will buy this product again.

Purchased 2 of these adapters to use on a work dock with 2 x DP++. Connected tthrough to my existing HDMI dual monitors and they worked instantaneously. Great value for money compared to major retail stores. Recommend.
