Can”t use it. What I wanted was usb to hdmi to plug my laptop on my external monitor. It looked like usb to me. Now i know dp is not usb. But packaging is neat and the adapter looks nice. I”m keeping it because I”m sure I will find a reason to use it as I expand my set up.

Used this for another PC monitor because I didn”t have another HDMI port. It works just like you”d expect.

Works as intended. I have a 1080p 75Hz monitor and using this adapter. it gives me exactly that. I bought 2. and I put 4 out of 5 stars for value because it would be nice to have a 2 pack for slightly cheaper. They also have a 2 pack DVI to HDMI adapter that I’ve purchased so I was disappointed to see no 2 pack for this product.

Very clear digital picture and very simple to set up. Only quip is it doesn”t appear to support audio but that might be my hardware instead.

Worked perfectly to convert one of the DisplayPort ports on my GTX1070 to take HDMI cable which enabled me to run a new projector as a second monitor output from my main PC. My graphics card only has 1 hdmi but 3 DP ports and because my main monitor is already using the main HDMI port I had to find another way to get another HDMI signal out so this was the perfect solution. Well priced and does the job.

BRILLIANT. 4k @ 60Hz 1440p @ 120Hz. Connected to 10m (Kabeldireckt) hdmi cable without repeater beyond expectations.
