i dont have a 4k monitor so not sure about the upscaling but it converts my pc displayport to my 1080p hdmi monitor perfectly

Bought this when I discovered my newly bought USB-C monitor was not supported by the USB-C port on my Ultrabook and said Ultrabook did not have an HDMI port. When it arrived plugged it in and voila! Instant 3rd screen. Nice and bright perfect transmission of signal.

This baby arrived next-day. It paired quickly from an Onkyo receiver (which had lacked bluetooth) to my bluetooth headphones.
For the price the sound is clear and no delay when streaming Netflix from my TV. The device feels built kind of cheaply but otherwise great value.
