The case seems quite substantial but the only disappointment is that there is nothing to fasten it shut. Hopefully this case will last longer than the last one we bought which did not withstand the handling of a six year old for long!

This is a great design and good value for the price however we find the cover fabric breaks down at the hinge point quite quickly. We typically replace once a year. That being said it performs just as well as covrrs that cost twice as much

can not shut the iPad down with the protector fully closed. always returns to sleep mode when the screen is covered.
